Kerby Revelus, 23, was shot by police officers in his Milton, Massachusetts home after decapitating his five-year-old sister, Bianca, as her birthday cake sat on the table. Revelus had stabbed his two other sister, 17-year-old Samantha and 9-year-old Sarafina. Sarafina was rescued by officers, but suffered stab wounds to her hands, abdomen and leg.
Several police officers were shocked and taken to the hospital traumatized....
